My favorite athlete when I was growing up was Mickey Mantle, perhaps one of the all-time favorite athletes from my generation.   Watching Mickey play for the New York Yankees was always a highlight for me, and especially listening to him on the radio and the other Yankees as they would compete in the World Series.  There may be speculation about which baseball player has the greatest swing in the history of baseball, but this isn’t about who had or has the greatest swing in baseball, but rather, Mickey’s greatest swing.
