Autumn Stream Original Oil

Description

Autumn Stream is an 18″ x 24″ rendering of simply what it says, an autumn stream.  What particularly inspired me with this painting was the reflection of the light across the stream, and the challenge in all paintings with water is to bring the blend of what you see, with the reflections of the sky, trees and overall light.  This painting richly captures the beauty and the nuances of a resplendent setting in the Appalachians.
