“Peace on the Guadalupe”…  (18” x 24” Original oil on canvas)  is a painting that was inspired by our travels to this beautiful part of the Texas Hill Country.  Here the bright reflection from the white cliffs adorn the tranquil allure of this beautiful river.  Bringing the view of the submerged rocks with the surface reflection is always a challenge in creating a rendering like this, but the overall ambience of this oil does bring a true feeling of “Peace on the Guadalupe”…
